  • Returns & Exchanges Policy

    At the Lambert Phillips Foundation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your items. This means you can return your items for a full refund, no questions asked.

    How It Works:

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods.
    • The returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

    Exceptions:

    • Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, sealed goods (e.g., hygiene products), or items that deteriorate quickly (e.g., perishable goods), are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

    Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

    International Orders:

    • For customers outside of Italy, please be aware that return shipping may incur additional costs, and the process may take a little longer due to international logistics. Also, any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    We are pleased to offer free shipping on all fine art print and set orders. Each piece is meticulously crafted at our specialized fine art lab in Florence, ensuring the highest quality. After being signed, your artwork is carefully rolled and placed in a protective tube for safe delivery.

    Shipping times vary depending on your location. We estimate that your order will be dispatched within 7 days, with delivery typically taking 7-10 days from the shipping date, depending on your destination.
