At the Lambert Phillips Foundation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your items. This means you can return your items for a full refund, no questions asked.

- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods.
- The returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
International Orders:
- For customers outside of Italy, please be aware that return shipping may incur additional costs, and the process may take a little longer due to international logistics. Also, any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
